Mark Brown

Mark Brown is a Vice President at Platte River Ventures.

Prior to joining Platte River Ventures, Mr. Brown was a Vice President at Code Hennessy & Simmons ("CHS"), a private equity investment fund with over $2.5 billion under management. At CHS, Mr. Brown pursued management buyout transactions across a broad spectrum of industrial and business service sectors. His responsibilities included structuring and executing transactions, leading diligence and capital markets financings, as well as significant involvement in the strategy and operations of CHS portfolio companies.

Previously, Mr. Brown was an investment banking analyst with Citigroup Global markets.

Mr. Brown holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Brown is also a CFA charter holder.
